Few musical acts can lay claim to such dynamic and consistent evolution as Blu Mar Ten. Formed in the big-bang of 90′s drum + bass, Blu Mar Ten were rapidly spotted by LTJ Bukem and signed to Good Looking Records. They quickly grew beyond the confines of the jungle into lush experimentation releasing on labels such as Naked Music, Guidance, Big Chill and Exceptional Records. Blu Mar Ten also remixed a series of artists, including Erykah Badu, Annie Lennox, Alicia Keys, Terry Lee Brown Junior, Jakatta, The Ananda Project, Doc Scott, Fink and Blame.

Blu Mar Ten returned to the drum + bass scene, producing a string of releases on labels such as Hospital, Renegade Hardware, Shogun Audio and 31 Records. 2009 saw the release of “Close” and “Believe Me” EPs, followed by the long-awaited first full drum + bass album ‘Natural History’ was released in November 2009, delivering an incredibly wide range of tracks from the deeply abstract to the unashamedly dancefloor, all bearing Blu Mar Ten’s trademark stamp of quality.

In 2010 Blu Mar Ten re-released an augmented version of the album, ‘Natural History: Revision’, featuring a collection of new remixes and are now working on their next album project which is due to surface late in 2011.
