Gleb Solviev began making music over 10 years ago, grabbing the attention of the late John Peel no less, and his first release landed on Technical Itch in 2002. A plethora of hard-hitting singles followed including a remix of Tech Itch on Moving Shadow and a remix of Tiesto with Paul B. Gleb also likes to flex his musical muscle as a top DJ and promoter at the epicentre of Moscow dance music, taking him all over Russia and across Europe.
Since 2007, his profile has skyrocketed faster than Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, with releases on some of the scenes current leading labels including Critical, Shogun, Goldie’s Metalheadz and Kos.Mos. In November 2009 Hospital Records released “The Future Sound Of Russia”, with Subwave and his massive tracks “I Need You” and “Stars Get Down” right at the forefront.
With plenty more lined up, it looks like Subwave’s success has not stopped yet.
